Hatch Green Chile and Corn Casserole
Ingredients:
2 16 oz. packages frozen corn
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 jar Santa Fe Seasons Hatch Green Chile
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
Directions:
Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low 3 1/2 - 4 hours
Stir and season to taste with salt and pepper before serving
