Hatch Green Chile and Artichoke Bread

Serve this cheesy green chile bread while it's warm

Ingredients:
1 14 oz can artichoke hearts
1 Tbsp. garlic
4 oz. Santa Fe Ole Roasted Hatch Green Chile
1 small loaf Ciabatta bread
2 Tbsp. butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1 cup cheddar jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat
When butter is melted, add garlic and saute until softened, about 1 minute
Remove from heat and all all ingredients but the bread
Stir until just combined
Slice ciabatta loaf lengthwise and place crust side down on a foil lined baking sheet
Spoon cheese mixture over bread and spread evenly.
