Green Chile and Pork Quesadillas

8 oz. ground pork
1/2 cup Santa Fe Ole Hatch Green Chile
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Mexican oregano
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
4 8 inch flour tortillas
8 oz. cheddar jack cheese blend, shredded

Brown the pork in a large nonstick skillet until cooked through
Add green chile, chili powder, oregano, onion powder and garlic powder
Stir to combine and cook 4-5 minutes
Lay the tortillas flat on an ungreased sheet pan. Place half the cheese on half od each tortilla
Top cheese with pork mixture and sprinkle remaining cheese on top
Fold the tortillas over and lightly press so they stay folded
Move an oven rack to the top position. Turn oven to broil and place the sheet in the oven
Brown quesadillas until they are golden and crispy on top
Slice each quesadilla in half for serving. Serve with sour cream and salsa
