Creamy Turkey and Green Chile Spaghetti
Ingredients:
1 box spaghetti
1 can 14.5 oz. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. granulated onion
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
salt to taste
1 1/2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
1 cup Santa Fe Seasons Roasted Hatch Green Chile
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
parsley, chopped, for garnish
Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside
In a medium sauce pan, combine broth and spices on high heat until it comes to a steady simmer
In a small bowl, combine heavy cream and cornstarch and mix until well combined.
Add to the broth mixture and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 5-10 minutes, until thickened
Add turkey and green chile and stir to combine
Add spaghetti and mix until well combined
Top with parmesan, garnish with parsley and serve
