Baked Green Chile Beef Taquitos

1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1 package Desert Gardens Taco & Burrito Seasoning
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Santa Fe Seasons Hatch Green Chile
1/2 cup Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredded
12 6-inch flour tortillas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a skillet over medium high heat add canola oil.
Add ground beef, sprinkle with taco seasoning and cook, crumbling with a spoon until thoroughly browned. Drain juices and set aside
In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, green chile, cheeses and ground beef
Stir to evenly incorporate all ingredients
Place 2-3 tablespoons of ground beef mixture on a flour tortilla. Roll tightly and place on a greased baking sheet
Repeat with remaining mixture and tortillas. Spray the tops of taquitos with cooking spray
Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with Green Chile and Poblano Guacamole
