7 Layer Dip with Hatch Green Chile

Hatch green chiles give a standard 7 layer dip a little kick

Ingredients:
1 16 oz. can refried beans
1/2 cup Santa Fe Ole Hatch Green Chile, drained
1 oz Taos Spice Merchants Organic Southwest Blend
1 1/2 cups guacamole
8 oz sour cream
3/4 cup El Rancho's De Los Garcia's Salsa
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 small can sliced black olives
2 green onions, sliced
1 Bag Lil' Kristy's Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Heat refried beans slowly in a medium saucepan, add green chile and stir to combine
Combine Southwest blend spice and sour cream, set aside
Spread beans and green chile mixture evenly in the bottom of a casserole dish or large bowl
Spread the guacamole on top of the beans
Spread sour cream mixture of the guacamole
Spread salsa on top and sprinkle with cheese
Top with sliced olives
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours
Serve with Lil Kristi's Tortilla Chips
