This is a real taste of the Great Southwest. The nuts are roasted in the shell. Heart of the Desert's award winning pistachios are grown at Eagle Ranch near Alamogordo, New Mexico. This family farm is the site of New Mexico's oldest and largest producing pistachio groves. The galic & Green Chile pistachios these nuts are bursting with the robust flavor of fresh garlic. Ingredients: Pistachio Nuts, Green Red Chile Powders, Jalapeno Peppers, Galic, and Salt.

Eagle Ranch and Heart of the Desert started in 1974 are owned and operated by George and Marianne Schweers. Eagle Ranch is the home of New Mexico’s first and largest producing pistachio groves. The farm consists of 85 acres of pistachio groves with approximately 12,000 trees spaced from 17’ x 17’ to 24’ x 24.’ Daily field care, harvesting, processing, and marketing the finished product all take place on site at Eagle Ranch.
