Heidi's Raspberry Jam comienza con frambuesas seleccionadas a mano y cultivadas en nuestra granja en Corrales, Nuevo México. Toda nuestra fruta es seleccionada por su sabor, dulzor, textura y color únicos. Toda su mermelada se elabora en pequeños lotes, a mano y con mucho cariño. Las frambuesas se cocinan lentamente para garantizar que las vitaminas y el hermoso color de la fruta natural se conserven para su disfrute. Heidi y su equipo elaboran y empaquetan a mano cada lote de mermelada en su cocina de Albuquerque.

Heidi ha recibido numerosos premios, incluido el de "Granjero Orgánico del Año" del Departamento de Agricultura de Nuevo México y ha sido reconocida como Héroe Local varias veces por la revista Edible. "I recently went to Kauai Hawaii and stayed at the Hanalei Bay Resort. They have a wonderful coffee shop that makes home made biscuits, served with jam or honey. I tried this Jam and fell in love with it. It has just enough kick for me (not to spicy) to enhance the Raspberry flavor not take away from it. I was happy they sold jars at this coffee shop. When I got home I realized I could order online direct from their website. I had bought my jar as a gift for my Brother. I think I will make biscuits or bread and buy jars of this Jam for Xmas presents."
