It’s not GREEN

"I ordered the Green chili powder , thinking I could make a nice green chili enchilada sauce. Well , it arrived and it wasn’t GREEN like they showed in the picture when I was ordering . I tried making it and it didn’t taste ANYTHING like green chili sauce. It was more like a brown gravy or red sauce. NOT what I was expecting. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I will NOT order from you again."

"I ordered this twice , just thinking you made a mistake. Because it’s NOT GREEN CHILI! It’s more like red chili , and the powder is Brown . It doesn’t taste like GREEN CHILI sauce . It’s Brown . If I can figure out how to send it back , I will. Not good ."

Mild is Perfect

"The mild is exactly as desired. It provides the taste with enough 'zip' to make food delicious. I cooked marinated pork on the discada with two to three teaspoons of the powder. It was just right. In my youth I would've used something spicier, but in older age one has pretty much had all the spice in life that one can handle. Great stuff!"
