"Was disappointed with product, is an outdated product (old chile harvest timeframe) . But I did try my best to bring out the flavors out it sadly didn’t. Most awful red chicken enchiladas I ever made with results of this . ."

"I wrote a previous review about receiving some Hatch Chile Powder that didn't taste right. Made in New Mexico sent me a New replacement and is much better than Old. Nice bright Red Hatch Chile flavor and a more vibrant red color. Hopefully you can see the difference in photo attached. Thanks for taking care of me."

Dissapointed

"I've ordered this brand or Red Hatch before, but from a different vendor, and enjoyed the product. So I felt confident ordering again from Made in New Mexico, Unfortunately this batch did not taste as good as my previous order from a different vendor. I'm not sure what's wrong, the color is dull and muted, and the flavor is lacking. Maybe it's an old batch? The same goes for the Green Hatch Chile powder I ordered. On a positive note it, my order was fast and well packaged. The Chimayo powder and Salsa I ordered was excellent."
