Hatch Green Chile and Raspberry Muffins

The unlikely combination of green chile and raspberries makes a tasty muffin

2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup Santa Fe Seasons Hatch Green Chile

Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a 12 cup muffin tin and set aside
In a large bowl, sift together dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients until smooth
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, pour in milk minture
Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix
Gently fold in raspberries and green chile
Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full.
Bake about 15 minutes, until muffins are golden and spring back when pressed lightly
Cool on a wire rack
